Our findings are based on professional audio processing techniques but do not constitute definitive proof of paranormal activity.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to do so.

3. Payment and Pricing

• All service fees are clearly stated on our website and must be paid in full before analysis begins.
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. However, any price change will not affect services already purchased.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. EVP Analyzer does not store or process payment details directly.

4. Service Delivery & Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times vary depending on the service package chosen:Basic EVP Scan – Delivered within 48 hours
  Full EVP Analysis – Delivered within 3-5 business days
  EVP Investigation Report – Delivered within 5 business days (48-hour priority available)
  VIP Paranormal Case Study – Delivery timeline will be arranged upon consultation
  
• Expedited processing is available as an add-on for an additional fee.
• EVP Analyzer is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or unreadable file submissions.

5. File Submissions & Ownership

• Clients must submit audio or video files in a supported format (.mp3, .wav, .mp4, etc.) for analysis.
• By submitting a file, you confirm that you own the recording or have permission to use it.
• EVP Analyzer does not claim ownership of any submitted recordings. However, we may retain anonymized portions for internal research and quality improvement, unless explicitly requested otherwise.

6. Accuracy & Disclaimer

• Our EVP findings are subjective interpretations based on sound frequency analysis.
• EVP Analyzer does not guarantee that every submission will contain an EVP. If no voices are detected, you are still responsible for the service fee.
• While we strive for accuracy, our analysis should not be considered scientific proof of paranormal activity.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are non-refundable once analysis has begun.
• If you need to cancel before analysis starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus processing fees).
• In cases where a technical issue prevents analysis, EVP Analyzer may, at its discretion, offer a refund or credit toward future services.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect your privacy and do not share your files or results without your permission.
• EVP Analyzer may store submissions temporarily for processing but will delete files within 30 days unless otherwise requested.
• Any personal data provided to us (e.g., email, name) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, altered, or manipulated recordings for analysis.
• Use our services for unlawful or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or resell EVP Analyzer’s methodologies.
• Violate any local, state, or international laws while using our service.

If we suspect misuse of our services, we reserve the right to terminate service without a refund.

10. Liability Limitation

EVP Analyzer is not liable for any actions taken based on our analysis. We do not accept responsibility for:

• Personal, financial, or reputational outcomes based on our EVP findings.
• Any technical issues, data loss, or damages resulting from file submissions.
• Third-party software or tools used alongside our services.

Our services are provided “as is”, and no warranties are made regarding the accuracy or reliability of EVP detection.

11. Changes to These Terms

EVP Analyzer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
