No-Refunds Policy

At EVP Analyzer, we take great care in providing high-quality EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) analysis services. Because of the time, expertise, and digital nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.


1. No Refunds After Purchase

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
All payments are final once an order is placed.
No refunds will be issued, regardless of results.
If no EVP is detected, the service fee still applies. Our analysis is a paid service, whether or not paranormal voices are found.
There are no refunds for unused portions of a package or missed deadlines on the client’s part.


2. File Submission Responsibility

To ensure the best results, clients must provide clear, uncorrupted audio or video files in supported formats (.mp3, .wav, .mp4, etc.).

🔹 Unreadable or Corrupted Files – If a submitted file is damaged or unreadable, the client must submit a replacement within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the order being marked complete with no refund.
🔹 Incorrect File Uploads – If the wrong file is submitted, clients must notify us immediately. Once analysis begins, the service fee cannot be transferred to a different file or refunded.


3. No Refunds for Digital Services

Due to the nature of our work, EVP Analyzer cannot offer refunds for:
Subjective Disagreement with Results – EVP interpretation can vary; we provide timestamps and analysis, but results may not always meet expectations.
Failure to Detect an EVP – EVP detection depends on various factors. Even if no EVP is found, the time and expertise spent reviewing your file are billable.
Delays Caused by Incomplete Information – If a client does not provide necessary details or fails to respond to inquiries that impact turnaround time, no refund will be granted.


4. Cancellations & Service Modifications

  • Once analysis has begun, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Clients may upgrade their service tier at any time, but downgrades or partial refunds will not be provided.
  • If a refund exception is made (at our sole discretion), it will be in the form of service credit toward a future analysis, not a monetary refund.


5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By using EVP Analyzer, you agree to not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Attempting to reverse a valid charge:
Violates our policy
May result in legal action
Will result in a permanent ban from our services
